Eva is having so much fun there. The past three weeks, she has been mostly doing the class by herself without Mommy's help. Yay!

Eva's Camp Out

This picture above was taken by Eva. She was very proud of her sleep-over in the backyard. She decorated her little house, ate her snack and pretended sleeping in her tent. 

We have been doing the sleep training for the past 2 weeks exactly today. It has been very emotionally draining. Lots of crying and kicking the first week. Eva is still getting up in the middle of the night to get into Mommy and Daddy's bed. Now, she goes back to sleep on her own bed without fuss as long as we hold her hand. Daddy is getting a self-inflated pad to sleep on Eva's bedroom floor today.  Mommy and Daddy will take turn to keep Eva's company until she completes her whole night without waking. Way to go, Eva! Way to go, Mom and Dad! and Simone!! 

Shush Baby, go to sleep! It is ok!

We went to the Carefree Fine Art and Wine Festival on Saturday. We didn't find any paintings that we liked and could afford but we did find Leslie Stone from California and she did this for us.
It is amazing how fast she drew Eva's profile while she sat on Mommy's lap and Daddy held a book for her to read. She really captured her expression, her long eyelashes, and those two little curls.
