We were at the Guadalajara Grill in Tucson. It was a Tuesday night and it was packed. Barry had the Chicken Mole. Cecile had the Chicken Fajita. PY had the Colorado Chili. Cha had diarrhea.

Thanksgiving '10

We have many things to be thankful for. Most of all, we are thankful for our family. Barry and Cécile love each other very much and Eva is such a blessing to us.

Our day started with baking a pecan pie (after a trip to the supermarket).

After that, it was time to go hang outside. Arizona is so beautiful in November.

This year, we had duck.

We had such a great day.

It was the best Thanksgiving yet.

What's that Smell?

Something kind of smelled but we couldn't pinpoint it. Then the walls began to crack. Long story short, this is what the plumbers pulled out from under our house this afternoon...cast iron installed in 1925. It crumbles when you touch it.
